With a foundation in psychosocial studies and psychodynamic counselling principles, alongside a postgraduate certificate in Low-Intensity Psychological Interventions and Certificate in Mindfulness and Emotional Management, I bring a rich knowledge and experience to support your journey toward personal growth and healing.

I work in the social sector, supporting individuals through a wide range of personal and professional challenges—including anxiety, depression (and other common mental health difficulties), the impact of ADHD on daily life, and feelings of being lost or stuck in life. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique struggles many face, and how these challenges can be transformed with the right guidance and support.

My approach is grounded in coaching strategies, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural therapy, providing you with practical, evidence-based tools to manage emotions, improve wellbeing, and create positive change. Alongside this, I integrate reflection, mindfulness, breathwork practices to nurture your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing, offering a holistic approach to healing and personal growth.
