If you're looking for a less structured approach, this is a gentle approach that honors the person as a whole - mind, body, and spirit. In a safe and nurturing space, you’re invited to explore your inner world through reflective practices, intuitive guidance, and tools like mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. Each session is uniquely tailored to help you process emotions, release blockages, and reconnect with your true self. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, this holistic journey offers space for deep insight and transformation.

How does coaching work? 

It’s my role to ask you clear, meaningful questions that encourage reflection and help strengthen your natural resourcefulness.

Unlike friends and family who may see your life through their own lens, I offer an objective presence — free from judgment about your past, present, or anything else.

We’ll explore where you are now and where you’d like to be — and if you’re unsure, we’ll discover it together.

  • Weekly sessions initially to kick-start your changes, but this will be agreed during your first session.

  • Depending on your goals and needs, we'll agree on the duration of our work together.

  • I’ll help you create a simple plan, set realistic goals, and stay on track with an Action Plan after each session.

  • Sessions are available by phone or online via Zoom.

  • You’ll also have the option to book up to three 30-minute “sprinter sessions” after your package, to help you stay on track and maintain your progress (available separately from the package).​
